Thanks for the information. I understand better the reasons behind the decision to increase the values.
However, I would have prefered to see a lessening in value rather than any increase. An increase in value of any amount tends to be viewed as a "reward" for fixing a chip even if it is only presently recouping costs. The fixers will take that as an indication of future price increase possibilities & continue to do damage to the hobby. I would rather see a value reduction of at least double the repair costs but preferably a zero value.
TCR is still a great guide. Thanks for all the effort put into producing it.
