I thought there had been a satisfactory response here, but seeing as you have asked, I will take the pertinent questions from this discussion, and on behalf of everybody, raise those questions on the club board. However...one of my conclusions had been that I dont think enough members read the club board or are even aware of it - otherwise many would have known the answers to their questions before they asked them.

I will welcome responses from any officers...particularly building fund committe members!
