The books and records of our organization are open for inspection and/or audit at anytime. The documents speak for themselves. Since we are a tax-exempt organization with volunteer officers some questions may be difficult to answer simply because of the nature of the question.

If you would like to make an appointment I am sure our board of directors will set a time and place convienent for all concerned to allow you to examine the books and records to your hearts content.

The money allocated to building fund, to my knowledge, has NEVER been designated construction funds. Also to my knowledge, no one individual is going to be given ANY funds to do anything. The internal control established allows for the organization to operate utilizing the committe format to its fullest extent. All minutes of the committe are a matter of public record and open to full inspection by any and all club members.
