Gene - I think that what you are talking about is a very legitimate concern. Perhaps a database of known high value chips would help. Certainly anyone dealing in Z value chips should be doing a lot of research and be very careful making purchases. And of course, the instant dealers are pegged for misrepresenting chips, proper steps should be taken. It's a problem, to be sure.

I just don't think that TCR devaluing chips is the right solution. I don't think there is any substitue for education on the subject.
