I can't say that your chips aren't modified. They may be unaltered chips. However, all of the ones that we have seen are either cancelled or damaged. We know of many chip collectors and dealers that have had chips modified by alterations and repairs. I would be very careful before buying one of these chips. Our hobby will never be the same. Even good chips are now tainted by the possibility of having been altered.
