Not quite sure what the references to US law have to do with it but Im sure someone will find a good reason to extend the thread

Dont hold your breath waiting for apologies from people who made 'un-justified' comments about the building fund or any other comments about anything for that matter. I apologise publicly when the need arises, but I am afraid too few others do. Maybe people prefer to argue than debate. There are also too many people that either cant read, dont want to read, or are not willing to read before they reply to posts.
