First we don't intend to fail . Obviously there is no guarantee. If for whatever reason we failed the funds would probably be designated for a specific purpose in keeping with our educational mission. Specifically it could be a scholarship fund, a joint venture with UNLV, a publishing effort, or a similar purpose that the BOD and members feel is worthwhile.
