Mike ... I am a large seller and will only send UNINSURED !!!

I have NEVER had any problems with uninsured packages, but had some long delays back when I did offer to insure them !!

I wonder if anyone that reads this post has ever had a really good ending to a valid USPS Insurance claim without wishing after all is said and done that they hadn't fooled with it ???

In the rare occasion when chips don't get there, I trust the buyer and just give a refund and go on with life !!!

It's just like any other business .. you have some "returns and allowances" ... ever wonder how much that stuff is worth that we all return to computer stores in mutilated packages that we have to destroy to open ????
