I just heard from an eBay customer that he did not receive a chip that he won from me on May 2nd. I received payment via Paypal on May 3rd and mailed the chip that same day. Insurance was offered at cost and was not purchased. Today I received an e-mail asking when the chip was mailed because he hadn't received it yet. The total amount was $72.51. I really can't afford to just refund his money. I don't know if he is a club member. His eBay name has been mentioned numerous times on this board in the last few days. His feedback is decent (99%, 3 negatives out of 653 transactions). My feedback is perfect.
What would you do? Thanks for any help.
