Did you in fact receive $1,800 for the chips or $1,000 which would have been face value?

In any case, the deal as far as I'm concerned stands. Your total price was for a dollar amount (including postage if any was incurred.) If you did not incur any postage then that's another just a bonus you received as the buyer got what he bargained for--the chips no matter how he got them. JMHO
