I spoke to Jim Kruse during the convention and threw this idea at him, he said to go with it.

The details are a bit sketchy at this time, but here goes.
I am looking to collect 2000 roulette chips during the year by soliciting fellow collectors.

Prior to and during next year's convention, we will sell raffles. We will draw three winners 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.

All monies collected will go to the building fund.
I will start this off by putting the first 50 roulettes in.
