I am quite certain that rdrock1 knows what he is doing, I just don't understand it.

Take my friend Jay here (please )... if the goal is simply to accumulate the chips, why not simply send an order to a dealer. You would get a fair price, a great quality chip, and no hassles.

To me, the whole idea of ebay is to try and snag a bargain. Once that element is gone, you assume a lot of risk with absolutely no benefit.

Maybe I'm a little naive here but I just don't get it. To me it's like walking up to someone at a concert and offering them a huge premium if they will sell your their ticket instead of simply walking up to the ticket window and paying a fair price with the excuse of "I don't get in lines".
