Dwain, sadly this policy began a couple of months ago. There has been a lot of speculation about why, but part of it may be due to some people bugging Nevada Gaming because they didn't like the way they were released. Gene Trimble points out a strange attitude that Gaming has--that chips are for gaming. What a novel idea!
