Jeff. I have this regularly as both a seller and buyer. Items show up in searches in 'real time' but elements of My Ebay are updated by batch. The scheduled batch update is every ten minutes (this used to be clearly stated on your My Ebay v1.0) but at peak times I have waited 2 hours for items to show.
