If you read my post carefully , you would see that i agreed with you. I have been in the construction business on the strip for some time (10 years).....Thats how i know you guys are correct. the zip IS different....and when the local police will tell us to move our 18whlrs-we tell them no ,, and they do NOTHING but leave its almost , like when there is construction on the strip , that they need a Sherriff , not a policeman......Like its county-not city
