Yes, Belterra does indeed have a $5 chip. I don't think I have one handy at the moment, or I'd scan it for you. Belterra is in Indiana, on the Kentucky border, about 40 miles southeast of Cincinnati. I've been there 3 times--it's a really nice casino, very Vegas-like, but I have come home empty-handed every time! I've started to call it "Hellterra"...
