FYI - Warwick (a fellow Englishman) was based in California, and was not responsible for the policies on new issues. He was resonsible for the designs and the marketing of the Hard Rock brand. He has done a great deal to help collectors, even though you may feel he has made it hard for you personally to make a profit.
