Dwain, due to policy set forth by Nevada Gaming Commission no chips can have CCGTCC on them. Chips are meant to be used for gaming. That said, Riviera was able to release a chip which I believe says, "Preserving Casino History," or a similar idea. There are only 1000 released and may be available through dealers, obviously in limited quantities. Hope this helps.
