...I thought so too a couple weeks ago (the small part). ...been in 7 different airports in the last month, and the only place the lines were longer than Wichita was Denver, and that was security, not ticketing! I've only seen longer ticketing lines in Vegas!!!! You need Southwest back there real bad!

WiFi IS pretty cool, and available at many airports. Some charge for it, but the trend is to offer it as an airport service for free.
