Yes, your chip was from the Christmas Tree in the picture on above post.

Here is a quote from James & Steve's Casino Chip Book:

"This club, a famous steak house, had a blackjack table in the back. Closed in 1966 due to loaded dice at the crap table. In 1967, the club and all the original chips, were incinerated in a fire. Reopened in 1969 and run by various people until 1978. Remains open today as a restaurant.
