Inlays are printed in several color runs, like red, blue, and green.
Many slight variations can occur if the paper is seated a milimeter off or the pressure from the press is a little off.
I am not a printer so can not give the exact wording of what I want to say.
Measure the O in Biloxi to the bottom of the inlay. I think you will find theres a hair difference. That may account for some of your findings.
Bud Jones is the worst at this. You can get a dozen different variations out of the same brand new box of chips.
Some people call them variations, I don't because you can find them in all chip runs.
