I only thought it affected changes in the shades of colors imprinted onto the graphic so you would have the same graphic with slight shading differences.
I did not realize color registration could change the actual graphic itself as is the case with these chips, particularly between chip 1 and chip 3, where the lt green banner does not extend past the top of the "$1" in chip #1, but clearly extends all the way to the rim in chip #3.
Also, at the top of the inlay, the lt green banner is in a completely different starting point on the inlay as well as where it meets the word "casino". It meets the word casino on the "a" in Chip #1 and meets it on the "s" in chip #3.
You educate us all and we are better becuase of it!
