anything on your ad price. Ebay bases your listing fee on your reserve price...Starting bid at $1.00...RESERVE at $500.00...you're paying for a listing fee for a $500.00 item.

I don't particularly like using reserves and seldom do. If I do I Put the reserve in CAPITAL LETTERS.

Many sellers will not tell you the reserve. Go figure.
