Do the ones that are hard to park at between 6am and 10am - you always find a spot near the door. Other suggested parking spots for quick access are Lady Luck (12 casinos in 2 minutes walking), Tropicana (6 casinos), Slots A Fun (5), Harrahs (13). I do those 36 in a day but if you only want 5 chips each and buy from the nearest table to the door you can probably do it in 5 or 6 hours). Most big places have 15 minute 'hotel registration' parking spaces near the door.
