Yes, there are plenty of casinos along the way. It seems like almost every town has at least one. Checkout the link for a list. Casinos in WA seem to open & close all the time so it is best to call before going very far out of the way.
Most of the casinos are fairly small but do offer table games and/or poker. There are also Indian casinos which are larger. Emerald Queen (Indian Riverboat) is in Tacoma.
