I am told that the sale to Colony will become final on 6/18. All chips with the exception of the current issue are slated for destruction and most of these have already beed counted and prepared for destruction are are no longer available at the cage. Colony will retain the Hilton name and there will be a 1 year redemption period for all previously issued chips.
