What you are asking is way above and beyond IMO.
An experienced ebay buyer/seller owes it to himself and his buyers to have the current information. Andy Hughes or Charlie Rodgers can have the new TCR at your door in at most 3 days.

I don't even keep my chip values up since value means little to me. My chips are in my files at the value they were when I obtained them, some of them are valued at the 1995 TCR values. I collect, it does not matter to me if they go up or down. I have never bought or sold on ebay.
