"I happen to believe James' book has more information and accuracy on rarity on MOST chips"

I am not knocking James book, but I don't understand how anyone can think a 4 year old book can reflect "accuracy on rarity" better than one that came out less than a month ago.
This is especially true of the Tropicana chip hoard that came to light just before the deadline for the new TCR.
