I agree with all of the points. Number 10 is always a sticking point. For me, if i don't know the buyer, I will always leave feedback after the transaction is complete. The transaction for me is complete when the buyer has received the chip and is satisfied. I offer a money back and shipping back guarantee. Once the buyer is happy with the chip, I'm more then happy to leave positive feedback.
