to bid the maximum you are willing to pay for a chip and if you end up winning the auction, GREAT!

I am not sure that what we are seeing is shill bidding in that auction. It is almost impossible to detect a shill bidder anymore on eBay with any certainly. It looks more like it could be an inexperienced bidder or two.

The sellers quantities of this chip is what is kind of worrisome to me! Are there 2 of them, 6 of them, or is it 100???
