I remember reading somewhere that nearly 1000 soldiers were killed on a single TRAINING mission in Scotland preparing for the D-Day invasion.

Can you just imagine us trying to win that war if the press was as negative in 1944 as it is now--60 years later?

I wish some concentration was directed to the good being done in the Middle East and the atrocities committed to our armed forces instead of the reverse. May God bless America because according to the press, I don't think anyone else is.
