How well has Phil Ruffin done in making improvements to the Frontier since he took it over? The last time I stopped in there was in June 1993 when it was still under the ownership of Margaret Elardi and frankly I was treated rudely and like a second citizen by the staff and dealers and I swore that I would never step foot in there again, But since the ownership change and the fact that I will be in Las Vegas 11 years later I may reconsider my decision.
