Mark, from reading your post I thought the issue was using your keyboard in excess. That was the problem that I addressed. When you have a problem with feeBay do you address them on this board and if so do they respond. If you have a problem with Jackpot you should probably addresss them at email@jackpotauctions.com. Addressing me is pretty much useless as you are finding out.
I was one of the first to complain about the log in feature and DJ has been working on the problem since it occurred. When the server migration took place they changed some our the scrip that caused this problem and it will eventually be corrected.
Hopefully Jackpot will have "list a similar item" soon. I think this will help out a lot but I want the log in feature back first.
By the way I will be having a contest and giving away some nice chips soon.
