Andre, if you have no TCR, by all means buy some version. It is worth it for more than the relative chip values. That said, there have been several improvements made in TCR 10 that make it well worth the investment. In direct answer to the first part of your question, I have not as yet had a chance to go through my collection to compare prices.
In the TCR-10 table showing changes in value since TCR-9, 2,249 chips increased in value, 832 decreased in value, 14,267 remain the same. One very nice addition to TCR-10 is value history of the individual chips from TCR-4 on. Hope this helps.
