Nothing against the rules and you can accept CC payments on the one that sticks you with fees and use the Primary account for most of your transactions.

I just use the Primary for "cheap chips" which I hardly break even after the sale and the Second account for bigger ticket items which might have someone more likely to use a CC payment.

As for the ALL caps, bold notice that you don't accept CC payments... good luck I still get them and have to refuse them.
