It looked more like an attack of YOU on JPA. You lodged a legitimate complaint about having to log-in multiple times then went on tangents with:
1. Number of listings compared to eBay-- What relevance to logging in is that?
2. What final prices are-- What relevance to logging in is that?
3. Amount of eyeballs eBay attracts-- What relevance to logging in is that?
4. Functionality of eBay--May be SOME relevance here
5.Top Sellers-- What relevance to logging in is that?

In a post above Chuck Smorse agreed, but he did not feel the need to launch into the attack you did. He stuck to the point and called for Norm to fix it! Mark, I'll say it again, I think you are your own worst enemy. I am sure you have much to offer, don't make everyone endure your poor attitude to get the benefits of what you have to offer.
