In keeping with theme of inflation today's note comes from Yugoslavia. I have posted this note some time back but felt it appropriate to re-post. It is a 1993 issue note, the notes issued in this era are referred to as "Hyper-Inflation Notes". It seems Yugoslavia's answer to inflation was just to add more zeros! The man displayed is Poet J. Zmaj. He must be thinking "What rhymes with 'b-b-billion Dinar' " The demomination is 500,000,000,000 or 500 BILLIION Dinar. Enjoy!
