You forgot to mention one important fact. You did offer me a chance to replace the chips. I selected 6 current chips off your trade list as you specified. You then changed your mind and refused to make good. So your offer to make good was no offer at all. You seem to think that it is all right to have your pick of my chips, but I should only get back in return your worst crapiest condition chips. I have all the emails to back up everything that I said.

The round robin you participated in was easily the worst one I ever ran. Largely because of you. There were many factors that contributed to it being so bad, and you mentioned a few of the reasons. But you were the most blantant abuser of the round robin. You probably also swapped out other chips and replaced them with the same chips in worse condition. But I cannot prove that. However, since you were last on the list, there was no doubt that you put in these worn and damaged chips. And since you refused to make good, that is why you were thrown out of the Deep South Chapter. You were also not truthful about not being a member of the CCGTCC. I am surprised that you continue in this hobby after being so disgraced.

If your intentions were to make good, like you said, then why don't you prove it and make good now?
