As a result of an ill-advised trade, I have obtained these chips which I cannot identify. They were purported to be Louisiana Illegals, but the trader refuses to attribute them.

All the chips are the same both sides. The SMKEY has the letters "JH" & I think the DOT mold chip is "EG".
Can anyone help me with these?
