I got this recently.

For the past few years, I've been trying to put together a run of 1947 licens plates from all 50 states.

You may say,"what's the big deal with this one"

Well the big deal is in 1947 Alaska wasen't a state yet, didn't have a large population, and made their plates our of some type of pressed cardboard. I don't think there is a lot of these left.

I now have forty seven of the fifty plates I need.
I'm still looking for Delaware, Maine, and Maryland. Oh yea, and the Idaho plate with the skier on it (different variation)
