Sure it's real. Lucky Casino was downtown at 117 E. Fremont.

The tray you have is a gift shop or souvenier shop item. Saddly, it is of minimal value. Lucky Casino had other trays that sell fairly well.

I have attached a pic of one of them. They had at least 6 different actual casino trays.
