it gives you an idea of "potential" bidders on an item...say, for example, your pink Dunes chip -- you've got no bids on it, but I know that you do have at least one person "watching" it (just a wild guess). That person may be still undecisive as to whether or not he wants to bid on it until the last minute or if he thinks that he can find a way to write a check without his wife finding out...but it shows that you have at least one potential bidder !! I actually like that feature because I have several auctions right now with no bids but several have "watchers". Steve B
