I'm afraid to ask !! Why Hot Saki & Cold Plum Wine ??

Every Wed, I have Sushi in a NYC resturant. The minute I sit down they bring me my hot Saki and I get a comp glass of plum wine with my check. That's so you don't get sticker shock. If you have ever eaten in NYC you will know what I mean. Barry
