Hmmmmm....I just wonder what will happen when people are lined up down the street on May 20th to buy gas. Do you REALLY think delaying all those purchases by one day will have the slightest impact on the price of gasoline a week later?
There might be some impact if everybody STOPPED USING gasoline for one day, but what you're asking won't make the slightest bit of difference. It will only delay cash flow by one day for the gasoline retailers, many of whom are Mom & Pop operations that need cash flow to pay salaries. There won't even be a hiccup at the major oil company level, in my opinion.
