At the turn you didn't snap that it was then a game of high card in the hole? And you had a middle of the road 7? Plus you knew where two of those were. Odds were he had you beat then. Like you said it was a terrible hand to get beat with you should have folded at the turn and not waited on fifth street. IMO
He was looking down your throat at the turn knowing the WORST he could do was split the pot. IF YOU had one of the remaining 3 aces. A wonderful position for HIM and you are several bets deep with your fantasticly developing hand. I think the term is "Rock and a Hard Place!" LOL
