Keep in mind that the TCR only deals with Nevada chips. Others have also developed numbering systems such as Allen Banick's system for Colorado chips and tokens and Greg Susong's numbering system for Indians and riverboats. Using all these systems to create a "universal" numbering system would be easy - just add the two letter state abbreviation in front of the current number.
