This is kind of interesting. Copyright 1948 by the J.J. Schowalter Co., measures about 6" x 9", heavy paper stock, reverse is blank. Probably done to avoid infringement on the BINGO copyright, patent, or trademark. These things are probably a dime a dozen, but I'd never seen one before.
