Chuck; I think that you know full well why Larry alleges he did what he did. That is not the issue. There are legal remedies one can take to resolve claims that one owes money to another individual. Resorting to theft from another member's home is certainly not one of those remedies.

What YOU "have said for a long time" has no merit with respect to the decision made in this case. The only merit is what the elected Board at that time has said.

As for "re-instatement" ... I don't know of any official request for reinstatement that has been submitted to the club by either one of the affected parties... and even if such a request were to be submitted, I don't know that the current Board would consider it.
