In the law most jurisdictions permit the crime victim(s) to attend and testify before parole is determined. However, there are rules and procedures for parole and I think we need to have procedures for reinstatement. I do not believe it should be left entirely to the determination of the victims to determine whether a ban should be lifted and membership opportunity restored.
