Feedbacks are on top...That number of 5000 , is total transactions.If you'r customers were happy , they leave a feedback , when they have neutral opinions , they leave nothing, and thats what you have , 1880 Positive feedbacks , and about 3200 nothings

I wont buy from you/ that translates to a 3-2 odds that i will get a mediocre item
